The three-layer construction features a 0.5 mm pure titanium cooking surface, a 1 mm aluminium core for fast, even heat distribution, and a 0.6 mm 430 stainless steel outer layer for induction compatibility. The cooking surface has no synthetic non-stick coating, while its distinctive hammered texture gives the pan a refined, functional finish.

Suitable for induction, gas/flame, electric stovetops, grills and oven use, the pan is built for flexible cooking from stovetop to oven. It is heat safe up to 548°C (1000°F), dishwasher safe and suitable for use with metal utensils. The titanium surface is designed to develop improved release characteristics through seasoning and continued use.
