The carrier is selected based on destination and availability.
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday).
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Yes, orders can be placed during public holidays.
However, processing or delivery may take longer. If delays occur, we will inform you when possible.

Your tracking number will be sent by email once your order has been shipped.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
You may return your order within 30 days of receiving it, for any reason.
Returned items must:
- Be unused and unworn
- Be in their original condition
- Be returned in the original packaging with all labels attached
Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.

Please note: since our return processing takes place outside Australia, this ensures fast and efficient logistics and allows us to keep shipping costs affordable.
Also keep in mind that returning items to a location outside your own country may result in higher shipping costs and longer delivery times.
For standard returns, the return costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We will reimburse return costs in cases where an item is defective, damaged, or the wrong item was delivered.
Yes, exchanges are possible. Please request the return form by email within30 days of receiving your order, and clearly state which item you would like to receive instead.
