At ZYRA LIVING, we aim to provide a secure, transparent, and reliable payment experience. This Payment Information forms part of our Terms and Conditions.
1. Accepted Payment Methods
We currently accept the following payment methods:

Available payment methods may vary depending on your country, device, and payment provider availability.
2. Payment Processing
Payment is due immediately upon completion of your order.
Orders are processed and prepared for shipment only after successful payment authorisation.
If a payment fails, is declined, cancelled, or reversed, the order will not be confirmed or fulfilled. In such cases, you may place a new order using a valid payment method.
An order confirmation email is sent once payment has been successfully processed.
ZYRA LIVING reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order in cases of:
- suspected fraud
- payment irregularities
- manifest pricing errors
- high-risk transactions
- violation of our Terms and Conditions
3. Prices & Currency
Prices are automatically displayed in the currency of your delivery country where applicable:
Australia: Australian Dollar (AUD)
New Zealand: New Zealand Dollar (NZD)
United Kingdom: British Pound (GBP)
United States: US Dollar (USD)
Canada: Canadian Dollar (CAD)
The currency displayed at checkout is binding for the transaction.
If your bank account or payment method operates in a different currency, your financial institution may apply exchange rates and additional transaction fees. ZYRA LIVING is not responsible for such charges.
Where legally required, prices include applicable VAT, GST, or sales tax.
For international deliveries, import duties, customs clearance charges, or local taxes may be imposed by authorities in the destination country. Such charges remain the responsibility of the customer unless explicitly stated otherwise at checkout.
Prices may be updated or adjusted at any time prior to order confirmation. Once an order has been completed and payment has been successfully processed, the price will not change.
4. Secure Payment
All transactions are processed through certified third-party payment providers.
We use SSL encryption and comply with PCI DSS security standards to protect payment data.
ZYRA LIVING does not store full credit card details on its servers.
5. Refunds
Refunds are processed in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
Refunds are issued using the original payment method and in the original transaction currency.
Once a return has been received and approved, refunds are typically processed within 1–2 business days.
Depending on your financial institution, it may take up to 5–10 business days before the funds appear in your account.
Bank charges, currency conversion differences, and third-party transaction fees are non-refundable unless required by law.
6. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
If you believe a payment was processed incorrectly, you must contact us at:
before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider.
We will make reasonable efforts to resolve payment disputes promptly.
In the case of fraudulent, abusive, or unjustified chargebacks, ZYRA LIVING reserves the right to:
- submit evidence to dispute the chargeback
- recover associated administrative and banking costs where legally permitted
- restrict or refuse future transactions
7. Fraud Prevention
To protect our customers and our business, we use automated fraud detection and risk assessment systems.
We reserve the right to:
- request additional verification
- temporarily hold high-risk transactions
- cancel transactions suspected of unauthorised or fraudulent use
