Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed with ZYRA LIVING. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to:

Australia (AU)
New Zealand (NZ)
United Kingdom (UK)
United States (US)
Canada (CA)

Orders placed for delivery outside these countries will not be processed.

2. Shipping Costs

We offer free standard shipping to all listed shipping destinations.

There is no minimum order value required unless explicitly stated at checkout.

Please note that import duties, customs clearance fees, VAT, GST, or local sales taxes may apply depending on the destination country. Such charges are imposed by local authorities and remain the responsibility of the customer unless explicitly stated otherwise at checkout.

3. Order Processing & Cut-Off Time

Order Cut-off Time: 00:00 (EST/EDT New York)

Handling Time: 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday)

Orders placed after the daily cut-off time will be processed on the next business day.

Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

4. Delivery Time

Transit Time: 6–8 business days (Monday–Friday)

Estimated Total Delivery Time: 7–10 business days (handling + transit)

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Slight delays may occur due to:

  • customs clearance
  • carrier delays
  • high seasonal demand
  • public holidays
  • unforeseen logistical disruptions

ZYRA LIVING is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities or third-party shipping carriers.

6. International Fulfilment

Orders may be shipped from international fulfilment partners.

Shipments may originate from outside the destination country.

Customers are responsible for complying with local import regulations.

Failure to pay required customs duties or taxes may result in:

  • shipment delays
  • return of shipment
  • disposal by customs authorities

In such cases, refunds may be reduced by incurred shipping or administrative costs where legally permitted.

7. Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number.

Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to update after dispatch.

You can track your order using the link provided in the shipping confirmation email.

8. Undelivered, Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please:

If a shipment is confirmed lost or arrives damaged, we will investigate with the carrier and, where appropriate, offer a replacement or refund in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

For damaged items, photo evidence may be required.

9. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If a package is returned due to:

  • incorrect address
  • failed delivery attempts
  • refusal of delivery
  • failure to pay customs charges

Reshipment may be offered at the customer’s expense.

10. Risk of Loss

Risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer upon successful delivery to the address provided at checkout, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer law.
