Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change and that you may wish to cancel or withdraw from your purchase. At ZYRA LIVING, we aim to make this process as clear and transparent as possible. Please review this policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase agreement within 30 days without providing a reason.

The withdrawal period expires 30 days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), physically receive the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision before the withdrawal period expires.

2. Order Cancellation Before Shipment

Orders may be cancelled or modified within 2 hours after being placed, provided that the order has not yet entered processing or shipment.

If the order has not been processed or shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund to the original payment method.

3. Order Cancellation After Shipment

Once an order has been processed and shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

If you still wish to cancel after dispatch, you may do so by exercising your right of withdrawal.

In this case, the item must be returned in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

Refunds will be issued after the returned item has been received and inspected.

4. Refused or Unclaimed Deliveries

If a shipment is refused upon delivery or remains unclaimed, and is subsequently returned to us, it will be treated as a withdrawal.

Any return shipping costs, customs handling fees, or administrative costs resulting from refused or unclaimed deliveries may be deducted from the refund, unless the return is due to our error.

5. Customised or Final Sale Items

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • customised or made-to-order products
  • items clearly marked as final sale

These items cannot be cancelled or withdrawn from once the order has been confirmed, as they are prepared specifically for the customer.

6. Refunds After Cancellation or Withdrawal

Eligible refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Once the withdrawal has been confirmed and the returned item has been received, refunds are typically processed within 1–2 business days.

Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take up to 5 business days for the refunded amount to appear in your account.

7. How to Request a Cancellation or Withdrawal

All cancellation or withdrawal requests must be submitted by email.
